Reporting the Death of a Social Security Beneficiary


If you wish to report the death of a social security beneficiary, please write a letter or send an e-mail.

 

Send your letter to:

 

The Embassy of the United States of America
Federal Benefits Unit
Metochiou & Ploutarchou Street
Engomi 2407 Nicosia, Cyprus.


Include in your letter the name and the social security claim number of the deceased beneficiary.

 

Also include the date of death of the beneficiary and if the beneficiary is survived by a spouse or a child. Include also your own name, address and phone number.
